With over ten meters in height and four meters in length, Logimat is capable of storing more than 4,000 items. Equipped with an elevator to transport each row and tray of supplies, it ensures 100% picking accuracy by guiding the operator precisely to the correct picking locations.

By customizing the solution for integration with the UnilogWF system, Hosplog added new functionalities to the machine, such as improved visibility of picked orders and information on the number of empty bins per profile. This enhances storage configuration and facilitates the reading of request, product, and location labels, in addition to integration with the put-to-light system—another connected solution.

In Hosplog’s operations, this technology has already delivered a reduction of approximately 70% in the storage area required and has reduced travel time for storage, picking, and order preparation activities by more than tenfold.
